[strongSwan] Android (normal client) + L2TP/IPSEC and certificates

I should have clarified .. this works flawlessly with PSK (the only
problem being I can't seem to automatically delete the EROUTE for a
stale connection when it drops, making the person with the phone have to
put it in/out of airplane mode to get a new IP to reconnect).

Begs the question .. is there an easy way to clean up unexpired but
unused EROUTES with whack?
