[strongSwan] Unable to run ipsec using strong swan 4.4.0

Hi,

I was using version 4.3.5 and everything was working fine. I am using Fedora
12. Kernel version 2.6.31.5

I installed 4.4.0

When I try to run the command when it is configured to use certificate
authentication method for IKEv2,

-> ipsec start --nofork --debug-all &

I get the following error:

"no socket implementation registered, unable to receive".

This error keeps popping up in a loop.

Could you please help ?
