[strongSwan] error on http interface of git repository

Due to the migration of the strongSwan infrastructure to a new server,
the git repository is currently accessible through the git protocol
only. 
  git clone git://git.strongswan.org/strongswan.git

http://git.strongswan.org/strongswan.git currently serves the gitweb
front-end. We hope that we can provide access to the repo via http
transport soon.
