[strongSwan] Integrity Algorithm NONE

Hi Richard,
the IKEv2 standard does not allow to use Integrity Algorithm NONE!
Thus why test for it?
We did some IPv6 testing with TAHI during the 2008 IKEv2
Interoperability Workshop in San Antonio, TX, but due to lack
of time we didn't proceed too far with the test suite.
