[strongSwan] Dead connections in ikev1

Hi all,

I find the VPN server has a lot of dead connections, it had been
disconnected from client but still erouted,
and the client can't connect to server again for hours, the DPD like below:
 dpd_action: clear; dpd_delay: 30s; dpd_timeout: 150s;
How to config to prevent this issue?
