[strongSwan] Does StrongSwan Support DH Group24 (a 2048-bit MODP group defined in [RFC5114])

Does StrongSwan Support DH Group24 (a 2048-bit MODP group defined in [RFC5114]). 
If yes, how to configure IPsec.conf file to make it happen?
