[strongSwan] Race scenario handling by pluto

[NAGARAJAN, ANIL (ANIL)]

Hi All,

I have a doubt in following call flow for ikev1:


          Site 1                                              Site 2
  [cid:image001.gif at 01CB3FD2.E6897040]


In the above scenario, main mode packet is initiated by both site1 and site2 at the same time.
In this scenario how does Pluto behave?
