[strongSwan] strongswan.conf for eap-radius

Hi,

When setting up strongswan to use freeradius to authenticate the clients, the 
radius configuration from strongswan.conf 

plugins {
    eap-radius {
      secret = xxxxxxxxxxxx
      server = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
    }
  }

is not taken into account. Only after hardcoding that data into the source 
code, I was able to connect to our radius server. Is this a known bug ?
