[strongSwan-dev] strongSwan KVM Tests

Hello.

I try to run strongSwan KVM Tests Suite on Windows 10 WSL2: Debian 10 on Debian 10 (3 tests fail), Debian 10 on Ubuntu 20.04 (0 tests fail) but need some little improvements (attach) , may be useful for all
