[strongSwan-dev] Is there a VICI interface to receive IKE negotiation errors?

Is there a plugin or VICI event I can register to receive notification for any IKE errors or rejections that may happen during the IKE negotiation with a peer?  I know I can get up/down events, but these seem to be for successfully connections.  I need to know if specific peers are failing to connect and for what reason.
