Hi Kaarle,

Thanks for the patch.  I think we should use the same logic we use for
UNIX sockets (only attempt to change the owner if we have CAP_CHOWN,
otherwise, attempt to change the group only).  I pushed such a patch to
the filelog-owner branch.
