[strongSwan-dev] Contribution

Hi StrongSwan Dev,

I would join the contribution, please guide me how to start! I have
installed strongswan in ubuntu and ran few tests. It looks strong.

I would begin with trouble fix or minor feature development however it
looks there is no ongoing feature from the road map.
