[strongSwan-dev] Quagga/nhrp module published (using strongSwan / vici)

Hi,

I've now published my current work-in-progress quagga tree with nhrp
implementation. It uses strongSwan vici natively for DMVPN.

I've also now put my strongSwan patches in git tree at:
