[strongSwan-dev] External hook on CHILD SA add/rekey/removal

Hello,

We would need to call an external script when a CHILD SA is being added, rekeyed or removed.
Creating a new custom plugin using the "child_updown" would do the job. Unfortunately, the "child_updown" does not manage the rekey event.

Maybe we could change the last arg (TRUE/FALSE) to an enum (UP/REKEY/DOWN)?
