Hi Ravikanth,

> socket_default_plugin or socket_dynamic_plugin.

It uses the socket-default plugin but it is compiled with
CHARON_UDP_PORT and CHARON_NATT_PORT set to 0 so the actual UDP ports
are allocated by the operating system above 1024 (since it only acts as
client it doesn't matter that the ports are not 500/4500).
