[strongSwan-dev] crluri token and local files

Hello,

I would like to specify local file URI in the crluri configuration tokens.

The curl plugin is needed in order to handle the "file:///" prefix. (https://wiki.strongswan.org/projects/strongswan/wiki/Curl)
Unfortunaltely, I cannot use the curl library for some reason. I guess I have to write my own "file-fetcher" plugin in order to read local files?
