No. As indicated in the ticket, a work-around for that bug is doable,
but would require to rewrite some of that XFRM structures if a 64-bit
kernel is detected on a 32-bit build. A clean fix is not that trivial,
hence it does not have much priority for us.

As it is IMHO a kernel bug, we'd also should consider fixing it at the
kernel side, which is even less trivial.
