[strongSwan-dev] [PATCH] Attestation IMV crash during initialization

Hello,

When standalone attestation imv is loaded with freeradius and tncfhh, it
crashes during initialization. It happens because libstrongswan does not
get initialized before configuration variables such as hash_alg, dh_group
or cadir are read from strongswan.conf causing segmentation fault .  I have
attached a patch to fix this. Please let me know if you have any feedback.
