Thanks for the patch. I pushed a slightly modified version to [1].

I have renamed the variable to PLUTO_UNIQUEID, as this identifier is
actually completely unrelated to the reqids used for CHILD_SAs. Keep in
mind to update your existing updown script when you switch to this
version of the patch.
