Hi,
such a flush_line flag was introduced about two weeks ago
http://git.strongswan.org/?p=strongswan.git;a=commitdiff;h=17a02ff1b0ca5cd849fb007ba82cffb82bb64781
and is available in the latest developers release
http://download.strongswan.org/strongswan-4.4.1dr1.tar.bz2
