[strongSwan-dev] UTF8String and BMPString support in certs IDs

yes, this feature is somewhere on our TODO list. Up to now there was
not much demand for UTF8 coded certificates but this might change.
Do you have any sample certificates to experiment with? Do you need
support for rightid="<DN in UTF8>" ?
