Hello!

I implemented Cryptographically Generated Addresses in StrongSwan (one
of the latest devel version on git) during an internship. It requires
some changes in the code but I tried to fit your style. So if you are
interested in reviewing the code to integrate it, comments are welcome!
They are still debugging infos and possible bugs. I am on IRC.
