the way to create DMVPN network using FRR and says the following:
"nhrpd needs tight integration with IKE daemon for various
reasons. Currently only strongSwan is supported as IKE daemon. ...
strongSwan currently needs few patches applied. Please check out

<p>The question is - whether these patches were merged in strongSwan
and, if yes, starting which version?</p>
