<p class="x_MsoNormal">As far as I know, there’s nothing in strongSwan for this. Here’s the fail2ban bits that I did for strongSwan. strongSwan catches and blocks offenders. Xmonitor (if enabled) sends mail when a VPN connection is made.</p>
