<p>I just got StrongSwan installed on Ubuntu 14.04 and I tried to create a key using the instructions provided: </p>

<pre>ipsec pki --gen > caKey.der</pre>
gets me the following error:

<p><span>bash: caKey.der: Permission denied</span></p>

<p>I tried to run it with sudo and I get the same error. I assume the key would be populated in:</p>
<p> <span>/etc/ipsec.d</span>/private <br>
</p>

</p>
<p>Any help is appreciated!</p>
