To ease deployment to multiple machines, is it possible to have the app "import a profile" with the appropriate config settings. The user will still need to enter his username and password but the rest are taken care by the profile.</div>

</div>No. XAuth is a concept of IKEv1. strongSwan VPN Client currently<br>
supports the superior IKEv2 protocol only (this has several advantages,<br>
for instance, MOBIKE allows a mobile device to move between WiFi and 3G<br>
without interrupting the VPN). Now, with IKEv2 you can use several EAP<br>
methods to authenticate users with username and password (EAP-MD5,<br>
EAP-MSCHAPv2, EAP-GTC). A server config that uses this option is listed<br>
on [1].<br>
