Hi All,<br>    I tried to form a site-site tunnel between rouTer1 and router2.<br><br>Router1(Cisco) =============== Router2(Strongswan).<br><br>I have configured transport mode in Router1 and tunnel mode in Router2.<br>I have triggered IKE negotiation from Router1 and I am expecting the Strongswan<br>
to send failure, since encapsulation modes are different on the routers.<br>But Strongswan is not throwing error and negotiation is success.<br><br>Whether its an expected behavior or any standard which talks about this?<br>
